1. Acceptance; eligibility

If the dispute is not resolved within the informal resolution period, either party may pursue a claim in the courts specified in the Governing law and jurisdiction section, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

13. Termination; suspension

Qujuxfilun may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, posed a security risk, or used the Site in a way that could result in legal exposure or harm to others.

Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Intellectual property, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Governing law, Dispute resolution, and Contact.

14. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective fourteen (14) days after posting, unless a change is required by law to be effective sooner. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
